Greek Yogurt Cereal



A heart healthy diet should include whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, lean protein and legumes, and should limit fat, saturated fat and cholesterol and sodium.

This breakfast bowl is power packed with good -for -you ingredients like cereals, eeg, milk, yogurt, pistachios, cranberries and honey. A delicious way to fuel your body so you are ready to face whatever the day may bring. Besides being delicious and good for you, this Greek yogurt cereal is also very easy to make.
Cooking Instructions

1. Place cereals in microwave-safe bowl. Add egg white or whole egg to Cereals. Stir to combine (no specks of yolk should show if using whole egg).
2. Add milk; stir until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is fully cooked and oats are desired consistency. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes if thicker consistency is desired. Top with yogurt, pistachios and cranberries. Drizzle with honey.

1/2 Cups Farmers Delight Cereals
1 egg white, lightly beaten or 1 large whole egg, lightly beaten
1 cup nonfat milk or water
3 tablespoons plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons chopped pistachios
2 teaspoons cranberries
1 teaspoon honey
